PDMC is a boutique destination management company located in The Bahamas, offering a comprehensive suite of services tailored for corporate incentive groups, social gatherings, and memorable events. From initial planning to final execution, we ensure that every detail aligns with your vision.

1 - Consultation

Let's grab a coffee! A preliminary  consultation call allows us to deep dive into your vision while allowing us to advise you on the local possibilities.

2 - Planning

After consultation, we get to work crafting your budget, designing your mood boards, and orchestrating the logistics to bring forth your vision.

3 - Execution

After all the paperwork is done, it's time for execution. You'll be introduced to your personal onsite operations team, who is charged with fulfilling the vision into a beautiful reality.

4 - Evaluation

We're committed to your success beyond your event. You only know where you're going, if you remember where you've been; a post-program debrief allows us to deep dive into the successes and opportunities that will give you an expert playbook of ideas for your next program or event.
